The BPHC Workforce Well-being Technical Assistance Initiative is now accepting applications for a Learning Collaborative to re-imagine your health center’s human resources (HR) processes to improve workforce well-being. HR and management staff will team up to learn strategies to drive organizational change, and create fair policies and procedures to support work life balance while being guided by expert facilitators and supported by health center peers.
Dates: Every other Tuesday, November 19, 2024 – March 11, 2025, from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. ET (nine sessions)
