Meet Our Advisory Council

Isaias Iniguez
Associate Director of Workforce Development

“I hope my legacy in the healthcare workforce is helping clinics turn data into action.”

Beth Wrobel
FQHC CEO (Retired)

“The legacy I hope to leave in the healthcare workforce is to inspire and mentor future leaders to approach their work with continuous improvement, innovation, and a patient-centered mindset. I want those I’ve worked with to say I helped them see their potential, supported their growth, and challenged them to make healthcare better for everyone. I believe strongly in the power of ‘growing our own’ — investing in people within our organizations and communities to cultivate the next generation of healthcare leaders. By recognizing and nurturing talent from within, we create a sustainable, resilient workforce that reflects and understands the communities we serve.”

Joni Adamson
VP of Recruitment and Workforce Development
Missouri Primary Care Association
“I’d like my legacy in the healthcare workforce to be one of integrity and collaboration, showing that when we bring people together with genuine ideas and shared purpose, we can create lasting change and continue to make a difference, even in challenging times.”
Chessa Quenzer, MPH

“My legacy will be a strong, sustainable pipeline of healthcare professionals dedicated to serving communities through health centers across the nation. I want to be remembered as a leader who helped transform how health centers recruit, train, and retain talent, especially in medically underserved and rural areas. My legacy will be measured in careers launched, health centers empowered, and lives improved, because together we invested in people as the heart of primary, whole-person care for all.”
