Join ACU and the BPHC Workforce Well-being Technical Assistance Project for a hands-on workshop on using action planning to improve workflows and develop more manageable workloads. This workshop will use a case study to demonstrate how small workflow changes can have a significant impact. Participants will be encouraged to share their experiences and learn from each other during this interactive session. Download the Action Plan Template and come prepared to discuss how to translate your workload challenges into actionable steps that can reduce burnout in your health center.
