This initiative will help prepare NHSC pathway participants to serve communities with longstanding health needs, building their resiliency and capacity to address the root causes of health inequities. About the NHSC Empowering Clinicians for Resiliency and Transformative Care Program
The National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Empowering Clinicians for Resiliency and Transformative Care Program is a five-year initiative of the Health Resources and Services Administration Bureau of Health Workforce. The program will run from September 2021 – August 2025 with the first year focused on program development.
