Deadline to Apply for Recruitment Boot Camp: Mental Health Staff Edition (2025)

Join the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved (ACU) for our upcoming Recruitment Boot Camp: Mental Health Staff Edition (2025). Building on the success of the previous boot camps, ACU’s STAR² Center team will provide a focused look at the most pertinent topics affecting the successful recruitment and retention of mental health providers. This boot camp will consist of four sessions held on January 28th, February 11th, February 25th, and March 11th from 3:00-4:15 PM EST. This learning experience will provide attendees with a general overview of the different components that make up a strong recruitment and retention strategy; an understanding of the different types of mental health providers and their roles; and focus on compensation fairness and benefits, marketing and job announcements, onboarding, pathway and career development, and the importance of building a strong organization centered on mission, access to care, and empathy.
Please complete this application by January 20 to be considered for this cohort. Applicants will be notified about their conditional acceptance by January 22, 2025.
