Webinar: A Transdisciplinary Approach to Behavioral Health Populations in Primary Care, Part I: Introduction
January 14 | 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm

The United States is experiencing a behavioral health crisis marked by a confluence of public health issues including suicidality and substance use disorder. Many factors contribute to this crisis, and for patients in underserved communities, one of the most important is lack of access to care. Community health centers provide a vital lifeline to behavioral health services for these communities, and equipping them with best practices to increase access to and quality of care is critical.
Join the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved for an informative webinar—the first in a multipart series—exploring a transdisciplinary approach to behavioral health populations in primary care. A wonderful opportunity for health center and behavioral health leaders to develop strategies for their behavioral health service lines, this webinar will introduce attendees to the approach, which prioritizes shared care planning, cross-training, and team accountability. You will also learn about ongoing ACU initiatives in behavioral health, including our 2026 Behavioral Health Leadership Forum.
