Join ACU and the BPHC Workforce Well-being Technical Assistance Project for a workshop on developing an organizational workforce well-being strategy using the Workforce Well-being Strategy Tool. This workshop will use a case study to review the “Team Creation” and “Assessment” steps of the tool, and then work through the “Evaluate Available Support” and “Develop a Strategy” steps. The workshop will focus on creating strategic workforce well-being objectives and goals. To learn more about creating a workforce well-being strategy, watch our webinar to familiarize yourself with the tool and our office hour to learn how to address common obstacles to developing a workforce well-being strategy.
