2025 ACU Workforce Symposium
March 12-13, 2025 | Nashville, TN | Graduate Hotel
Agenda
NEW! We’re thrilled to announce that this year’s Workforce Symposium will be open to both PCA and health center staff. Recognizing the need to support all organizations within the health center movement, we’re excited to offer programming tailored to the needs of both health centers and the PCAs that assist them.

Over 32 million patients depend on community health centers (CHCs) for access to high-quality care, and CHCs depend on a dedicated, mission-driven workforce to provide those services. Primary Care Associations (PCAs) and health centers each play vital roles in shaping and supporting that workforce, but they face countless challenges to helping to boost their retention and recruitment. To help PCAs and CHCs envision how to build, sustain, and empower their workforces to improve care for all, the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved is excited to invite you to attend our 2025 Workforce Symposium, Transforming Tomorrow: Solutions for Workforce Success!
Facilitated by ACU’s National Center for Workforce Development & Training, this two-day symposium on March 12-13 at the Graduate Hotel in Nashville, TN, will take PCA and CHC staff through an intensive workforce building journey. Join us to delve into effective strategies for change management and become equipped with tools to navigate workforce challenges in today’s evolving healthcare landscape. Participants will explore actionable approaches for recruiting, retaining, and engaging employees. Through interactive sessions, case studies, and peer-driven discussions, you will gain practical insights to drive positive organizational change and foster a resilient, thriving CHC workforce.
