Explore Best Practices for Meeting Workforce Challenges at Our 2023 Virtual Biennial Workforce Summit

Health centers, health center-controlled networks, and primary care associations were invited to attend the 2023 Biennial Workforce Summit presented by ACU’s STAR2 Center, Community Health Center, Inc., and the National Association of Community Health Centers. This free, CME-accredited virtual event convened diverse teams and guest speakers for two days of workforce focused learning and networking opportunities.

View the agenda for this event which united health center leaders, providers, and staff and explore coaching culture, partnership and pathways, and workforce wellness. Attendees learned to develop and cultivate a coaching culture that ensures equity and inclusion that reflects the patient populations being served; cultivate partnerships to explore and advance career pathways for professional development; and identify, create, and advance opportunities to resource and promote environments that support and sustain workforce wellness for health center staff.
