Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Asthma, National Heart Lung & Blood Institute, 2007: Gives guidelines for the diagnosis and management of asthma from the National Asthma Education and Prevention Program. There is also a link to an Asthma Care Quick Reference: Diagnosing and Managing guide and to the Guidelines Implementation Panel Report that presents clear strategies for overcoming barriers to implementing asthma practice guidelines.
Environmental Management of Pediatric Asthma: Guidelines for Health Care Providers, The National Environmental Education Foundation: These guidelines (in English and Spanish) for health care providers are aimed at integrating environmental management of asthma into pediatric health care.

Clearing the Air: Asthma and Indoor Air Exposures, Committee on the Assessment of Asthma and Indoor Air, Division of Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, and Institute of Medicine, 2000: This book examines how indoor pollutants contribute to asthma– its causation, prevalence, triggering, and severity.
