The AAP is available in many formats and languages, as well as different sized fonts and graphics.

- The Minnesota Department of Health’s interactive Asthma Action Plan (iAAP) contains an Environmental Triggers Control sheet and a Consent to Share Information document for the school health office or others who care for children with asthma. All documents are available in English or Spanish.
