Asthma Action Plan (AAP): All people with asthma should have an asthma action plan. An asthma action plan (also called a management plan) is a written plan that you develop with your provider to help control your asthma. The AAP is available in many formats and languages, as well as different sized fonts and graphics.

- The Regional Asthma Management and Prevention(RAMP) has asthma action plans in English, Spanish, Chinese and Vietnamese.
- The Minnesota Department of Health’s interactive Asthma Action Plan (iAAP) contains an Environmental Triggers Control sheet and a Consent to Share Information document for the school health office or others who care for children with asthma. All documents are available in English or Spanish.
