Apply for the NHSC’s Loan Repayment Programs by April 25

Don’t miss the April 25 deadline to apply for the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program (LRP), Substance Use Disorder Workforce LRP, and Rural Community LRP. Providing up to $100,000 in loan repayment aid in return for serving 2-3 years at facilities in health professional shortage areas (HPSAs), these programs are excellent opportunities for physicians, nurse practitioners, licensed clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, and other professionals to pay off their loans while improving the health of underserved communities. It’s not too late to apply for the NHSC Scholarship Program. This program awards scholarships to students pursuing eligible primary care health professions training. In return, scholars commit to provide primary care health services in Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs).
