ACU invites all national, state, and local organizations to join us and our partners at the American Association of Teaching Health Centers in signing a new letter asking Congressional leaders to promptly reauthorize and invest in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) and Teaching Health Center Graduate Medical Education (THCGME) programs before funding expires in December.

Without renewed and expanded funding, the NHSC could be forced to reject the vast majority of clinicians wishing to practice in underserved areas and the THCGME program could be greatly hindered in providing vital medical training in primary care facilities.

Please join 164 other organizations in signing our letter by Wednesday, Nov. 13, and if you haven’t yet, please become an ACU advocate to stay up-to-date and lend your voice in support of the Corps!
