As communities work to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, well-being, psychological safety, and justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (JEDI) remain at the forefront of workforce and clinical innovation. We are excited to invite health centers, primary care associations, or health center-controlled networks to continue to grow and learn in these areas at our STAR² Center’s 2024 Workforce Symposium: Inclusive Innovation: Putting People First!

Join us on April 29-30 at the Graduate Hotel in Nashville, TN, as we explore innovative workforce retention and recruitment practices, advocacy and federal updates, JEDI integration, and more in engaging workshops with nationally known experts. A separate, in-depth Comprehensive Workforce Plan Workshop: Choose Your Own Workforce Adventure, will follow on May 1-2 to help workforce teams get their health center’s Comprehensive Workforce Plans up to speed—no matter what stage of the process.

Access hotel information and sign up for one or both of the events to learn how to strengthen your workforce to continue providing mission-driven, patient-centered healthcare for all.
