Elevate Your Clinical Practice at #ACUConf
Ensuring that every patient has access to quality, inclusive care lies at the heart of our shared mission, and clinicians and health centers are constantly evolving to transform care and service delivery to better serve their communities. Innovative strategies to support those efforts will come into focus in our engaging Clinical Practice Track at ACU’s 2023 Conference, “Transformation: Elevating Care, Clinicians, & Communities,” on July 23-26.
Our Clinical Practice sessions will explore ways to transform patient care through team-based care models, inclusive strategies for behavioral health, eye health and vision care, and more. Sessions in this track include:

- “Putting the ‘Eye’ in Teams: Fostering a Team-Based Approach in Primary Care to Prevent and Mitigate Vision Loss and Blindness” featuring Prevent Blindness and Codman Square Health Center
- “Suicide Safer Care at All Stages of Life: Pediatric and Geriatric Suicide Prevention” featuring Concert Health
