Alexia’s experience at JSI as a senior consultant and office director, and prior to JSI as business operations manager at Kaiser Permanente and manager of market strategy at Colorado Access, have given her a keen understanding of the operations of healthy systems and their link to community.

Held on June 28, 2021, this webinar was the first session in the ACU STAR² Center’s webinar series “Managing in the Time of COVID-19 and Beyond,” which focused on staff managing employees at health centers and the skills they need to have a positive impact on their workforce in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
