We’re excited to highlight our dedicated Vision Services track exploring strategies to help start or expand vision services at your CHC, understand connections between vision loss and chronic conditions, and more. Workshops in this engaging track will explore topics such as:

  • “Vision Services in CHCs: A Comprehensive Approach to Start-up and Expansion” featuring Health Care Partners of South Carolina and Codman Square Health Center
  • “Chronic Conditions, Vision Loss, and Mental Wellness” featuring Prevent Blindness and Codman Square Health Center
  • “Teleretina in the Primary Care Setting” featuring the University of Missouri-St. Louis

Vision Services Roundtable discussions will include topics such as:

  • “What We Don’t See: Enhancing Inclusivity and Accessibility for Patients with Vision Loss” featuring UMass Chan Medical School, VISIONS Consulting L3C, and Maragal Medical
