The BPHC Workforce Well-being Technical Assistance Initiative is now accepting applications from staff at HRSA-supported health centers for its new Community of Practice (CoP), Integrating Workforce Well-being into Health Center Culture. This CoP will equip participants at health centers with strategies to create a supportive environment that fosters open communication, ethical practice, and mutual respect. It will take place in eight 90-minute virtual sessions every other Tuesday on Sept. 24-Jan. 7, 2025.
