Sheila Pradia-Williams, Deputy Associate Administrator in the Bureau of Health Workforce (BHW), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), will open our STAR² Center 2024 Workforce Symposium: Inclusive Innovation: Putting People First, with the latest federal workforce updates and HRSA’s vision for the future of the health center workforce. Capt. Pradia-Williams leads BHW’s strategy for deploying funding to improve the health workforce concerning quality, supply, distribution, and access in rural and underserved communities nationwide.
