Having a documented, comprehensive recruitment plan is vital to recruitment success at a health center. ACU’s STAR² Center is excited to announce its Spring 2022 Recruitment Boot Camp. This seven-part series will provide guidance, tools, and templates to update recruitment practices and lay the groundwork for additional workforce planning.
Faculty will continue to support cohort members as they implement their recruitment plans by following up three to six months after the end of the learning collaborative. In between sessions, you will have ample support in completing assignments and implementing action items. ACU staff will be available to provide technical assistance and peer support will be available through the Discussion Board. Join other health centers in this learning collaborative aimed at overhauling your recruitment processes. Applications are due by Friday, April 1.
