ACU Recognizes 4 Clinician Heroes

ACU will be recognizing four outstanding clinicians at our annual conference in June. In order to recognize the tireless efforts of those who positively impact our healthcare system, we asked our dedicated ACU members to nominate the person they thought was most deserving of the title “Clinician Hero of the Year.”  The four winners listed below will be formally recognized at the Heroes Reception, hosted by Centene Corporation. The recipients will also have their story told in the quarterly Journal of Healthcare for the Poor and Underserved.

This Award was open to any type of clinician who provides care and services to underserved communities.
